Golf program
Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute offers a golf league and annual golf tournament, making it possible for people who have had polio, amputations, arthritis, strokes, spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities to enjoy golf with family and friends.
Participants can try a variety of adapted equipment, receive individualized golf-swing instruction and lessons from a golf pro.
The golf program is offered through Abbott Northwestern Hospital and has the following services:
- league play
- adaptive equipment
- golf instruction
- annual tournament
The golf program would like to thank the Marvin and Elayne Wolfenson Fund for Golfers with Disabilities and the Toro Corporation.
