Treatment Program

The aquatic treatment program may include:

• conditioning/endurance training
• trunk stabilization exercises
• upper/lower extremity strength exercises
• range of motion exercises and joint flexibility
• gait training
• proprioceptive training
• training for return to sport activities

After a thorough evaluation by a physical therapist, participants are given an exercise program tailored to meet their individual goals and needs.
