Minnesota State Statute Requirements

HIPAA Requirements
Under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996, Allina investigators and business unit personnel must meet specific requirements for the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI) for research purposes.
