ePocrates
Popular software for looking up information on prescription medications. I find
it very easy to use and quick to provide answers. Now comes in two versions, a
free one which contains information about medications, drug interactions and some
formularies, and a Professional version which also includes information on alternative
medications, ePocratesID, treatment guidelines and calculators.
Minnesota Outpatient
Formulary
Minnesota Physician Publishing and the Minnesota Council of Health Plans produce
a guide to the formulary of Minnesota health plans for commonly prescribed outpatient
medical categories. Health plans included on the PDA tool are BC/BS, First Plan
of MN, Health Partners, Medica, Metropolitan Health Plan, PreferredOne, and UCare.
The tool is really slick and easy to use. You must download a free reader to use
it which is also available on that page.

AAFP PDA Center
The American Academy of Family Physicians has collected resources for both Palm
OS and PocketPC based handheld personal digital assistants (PDA) which are thought
to be useful in care delivery for primary care. This page is from within a members-only
portion of the AAFP web site however it is listed here so that you can see some
of the tools they reference. Some products are free, some are shareware (try it
and if you like it pay for it) and some are commercial available for purchase.

Assorted PDA Resources Page
This is a page of assorted PDA resources that I have thrown together. It may change
daily and eventually it will go away. Its purpose is to allow me to modify the
links in a moment's notice. It is hosted on a site called myhq.com
which I use to house both my personal and professional bookmarks so that they
are available to me wherever and whenever I access the Internet.
Please contact us with any suggestions for additions or revisions.
