Postgraduate Administrative Fellowship: Eligibility and compensation
Eligibility
Allina Hospitals & Clinics' Postgraduate Administrative Fellowship is for individuals who have substantial knowledge of the basic disciplines and techniques of health services management and who seek to further their ability to apply these principles.
We seek ambitious, hardworking, committed and enthusiastic candidates with one or more of the following credentials from an accredited program:
Master of Health Services Administration
Master of Public Health
Master of Healthcare Administration
Master of Business Administration
any other comparable degree with some professional experience in health care
We offer a salary and benefits package that is competitive with other fellowship programs, including relocation assistance. We also provide support for ongoing leadership development, as well as membership in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
